1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and d666 ("d666", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at d666.bio and all related services, products, games, and features offered therein ("Services").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the d666 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference. 3. Account Security

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes for mobile wallet methods. Bank transfers and cryptocurrency withdrawals may require additional processing time. d666 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

4.4 Currency. All balances on d666 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made in foreign currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

4.5 Player Funds. All funds deposited by players are held separately from d666's operational funds. d666 does not use player funds for corporate operating expenses.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or systematic advantage play targeting promotional terms — is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

5.3 d666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, and without incurring any liability to affected players beyond the return of any qualifying deposit amounts not already consumed in play.

5.4 Unless expressly stated in the applicable promotion terms, bonuses may not be withdrawn directly and must be wagered the required number of times before the bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. No content from d666 may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of d666.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, d666, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.

9.2 d666 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability.

9.3 d666's total aggregate liability to any player, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy and Data

d666's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data is governed by the d666 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
